Website Terms of Use
These terms govern access to and use of the public Voice website during Stage 01. They are a draft pending professional legal review.
Operator and acceptance
The website available at voice.ityes.co is operated in connection with ITYES. By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Website Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you should not use the website.
These terms apply to the public website only. They do not create a customer relationship, software licence, or service contract for the Voice platform.
Purpose of the website
The website provides general information about the Voice product, its capabilities, governance principles, and related business context. It is intended to help visitors understand whether Voice may be relevant to their organization and how to begin a conversation about a workflow.
No contract or commercial offer
Content on this website is provided for information purposes. References to platform capabilities, integrations, industries, roadmap items, or Phase 1 direction do not constitute a binding offer, quotation, service level commitment, or guarantee that any feature is generally available today.
Any future commercial relationship, pilot, subscription, or implementation will require separate written agreement and applicable product terms.
Permitted use
You may use the website for lawful, professional, and non-disruptive purposes, including viewing content, following internal links, and contacting ITYES through channels made available in the future.
You may share links to public pages where doing so does not misrepresent the status of the product or these draft legal documents.
Prohibited use
You must not use the website in a way that:
- violates applicable law or third-party rights;
- attempts unauthorized access, scanning, or interference with systems or endpoints;
- introduces malware, automated abuse, or activity that could impair availability;
- misrepresents affiliation with ITYES or Voice;
- scrapes or reproduces substantial parts of the site in a way that conflicts with intellectual property rights.
Intellectual property
The website, Voice branding, text, graphics, layout, and other materials are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for limited viewing and linking as part of normal website use, no rights are granted to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
Third-party content and links
The website may reference third-party products, standards, or external sites such as ityes.eu. ITYES does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, policies, or availability.
Accuracy and roadmap statements
We aim to keep website information accurate and current, but content may change as the product evolves. Technical, integration, legal, and availability statements—especially those describing future stages—should be read as directional rather than promises of immediate delivery.
Availability and changes
The website may be updated, suspended, or withdrawn for maintenance, security, or product reasons. We may modify pages, structure, or functionality without prior notice, subject to applicable law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ITYES provides the public website on an "as available" basis for information purposes. We do not accept liability for indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from use of the website, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Indemnity
Governing law
General provisions
If any provision of these terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
These terms do not govern future Customer Portal access, subscriptions, telephony, AI outputs, billing, service levels, or data processing under product agreements. Those matters will require separate contractual documents in later stages.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms as the website or legal requirements change. The "Last updated" date will be revised accordingly. Continued use after changes become effective may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
