Privacy Notice
This notice describes how information may be processed when you visit the public Voice website at voice.ityes.co during Stage 01. It is a draft pending professional legal review.
Who operates this website
The public website for the Voice product is published at voice.ityes.co and is operated in connection with ITYES, the company behind Voice. ITYES is also linked from the website footer at ityes.eu.
Scope of this notice
This notice applies to the public marketing website delivered in Stage 01, including its pages, operational endpoints such as /health, and related technical delivery infrastructure.
It does not govern future authenticated customer areas, contact submission, Voice AI call handling, billing, or other product services that are not yet available. Those services will require adapted notices and, where applicable, separate agreements before activation.
Information processed in Stage 01
Based on a technical audit of the Stage 01 web application on 12 July 2026, the following categories are relevant:
- Technical delivery data. When you request pages or assets, standard web and hosting systems may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, timestamps, and protocol metadata. This processing is primarily associated with hosting, security, and availability rather than with application features inside the Next.js site.
- Static content delivery. The website serves pre-built pages, styles, scripts, and images. No account profile, message content, or form submission is collected by the application code reviewed for Stage 01.
- Typography assets. Fonts are obtained through Next.js build-time integration and served as self-hosted static assets. The public site does not load third-party analytics or advertising scripts in the browser.
We do not state that no personal data of any kind is processed, because infrastructure-level request handling may involve technical identifiers such as IP addresses.
What is not active yet
The following are intentionally not available in Stage 01 and should not be inferred from the website:
- customer login or registration;
- contact forms, email capture, or lead submission on /start;
- analytics, advertising tags, or non-essential client-side tracking;
- application-set cookies, localStorage, or sessionStorage;
- live Voice AI conversations, recordings, or customer portal processing.
Purposes and legal bases
For confirmed Stage 01 website delivery, likely purposes include presenting product information, maintaining website security and availability, and responding to operational health checks.
Recipients and technical providers
The Stage 01 application does not intentionally transmit visitor information to advertising, analytics, or client-side tracking providers.
The website uses technical infrastructure and supporting services for hosting, security, domain operation, and software delivery. A technical dependency is not described as a recipient of visitor personal data unless the relevant data flow and legal role have been verified.
Fonts are bundled during the application build and served locally by the deployed website. Visitors' browsers do not request these font files directly from Google Fonts.
Let's Encrypt is used to issue the TLS certificate for voice.ityes.co. Its role as a certificate authority should not be interpreted, without further evidence, as receiving the personal data of every website visitor.
International transfers
Retention
The Stage 01 application does not implement user accounts or submitted form data, so there is no application-level profile or message retention configured in the public website code.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, individuals may have rights in relation to personal data, which can include rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability, as well as the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
Because this website does not offer account registration or direct data-submission features in Stage 01, many requests will relate to infrastructure-level processing rather than stored account records.
Complaints
If you believe your data protection rights have been infringed, you may have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. For Romania, the national supervisory authority is the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP).

Security
We apply proportionate technical and organizational measures for a public marketing website, including container hardening and HTTPS delivery in the staging environment reviewed for Stage 01. No online service can guarantee absolute security, and this notice does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Children
The public website is intended for business and professional audiences. It is not directed at children, and Stage 01 does not knowingly collect information from children through website forms or accounts.

Future Voice services
Before customer authentication, contact collection, analytics, Voice AI interactions with callers, or Customer Portal features are activated, ITYES will update this notice and related legal documents to reflect the new processing activities, retention, subprocessors, and rights information applicable to those services.
A mandatory follow-up also applies before the first live AI agent interaction: the product must provide appropriate transparency and contextual information under applicable law, including Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (AI Act), when direct interaction with an AI system becomes available.
